- Consumption of income
- Continuation of income
- Conservation of income
Most People Focus only on Creating Income. This Income Is Handed Over to their Family for Running the Household or Consuming a Part of the Income. Whatever is Left Is Used to Invest in Fd’s, Gold, PPF, Etc - to Conserve the Income. Very Few People Consider the Importance & the Need for Continuation of Income.
I Helped People to Understand the Importance of Continuation of Income in a Family (Human Life Value) For Eg: If One Person Is Earning Rs.100000 Per Month, He Should be Insured For at Least Rs.20000000 - So that in the Case of any Unforeseen Event, his Family Is Secured to the Extent of Rs. 20000000. This Ensures a Liquid Monthly Income in the Absence of the Bread-Winner. Also, the Next Generation Does not have to Start from Zero Income. What's More, all the Family Assets Remain Intact Too. This Approach Helped My Clients Understand the Importance of Insurance as a Financial Planning Tool.
As My Client's Income Started to Grow, They Wanted to Increase their Risk-Cover as Well. This Helped Me to Qualify for First Time for the Prestigious Memberships of Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT-USA) in Year 1995, In Just Four Months. At the Age of 24 Years, I Was the Youngest & The First Agent of Kutchi Dasa Oswal Jain (Kdo) Community. I Was Among the Top 100 Agents in Life Insurance Sector Out of More Than 15 Lakh Agents. Since Then, there has been no Looking back.
As Business Grew, I Moved to a Full Fledged 500 Carpet Office In 2002 & Again in 2014 We Shifted to Much Bigger Office of 1500 Carpet with a Corporate Look with a Staff of 19 Qualified & Trained People Assisting me. My Wife also Started Assisting me in My Back-Office Work & Subsequently also took Up an Agency In her Name.
From 100 Clients that My Grandfather Handed Over to My Father, We Today have More than 500 Clients. But for Me, More Than My Clients, they are a Part of My Family. While a Lot of Insurance Agents Boast about their Achievements & their Business Turnover, to Me Satisfaction Comes from Seeing & Hearing What My Clients Say to Me.

I have also Done a Certificate Programme on Capital Market (CPCM) Conducted by BSE Training Institute & Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Study Jointly with University of Mumbai In Year 2007. In Addition, I have also Completed a Course on Technical Analysis of Capital Market by Dr. C.K Narayanan In Year 2007.
